New Name: Marketing Cloud Personalization

Interaction Studio (formerly Evergage) is now known as Marketing Cloud Personalization. The new name reflects our mission and vision for innovation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We wish we could snap our fingers to update the name everywhere, but you can expect to see the previous name in various places until we replace it.

Audiences are the specific individuals, groups of individuals (i.e., segments), or accounts (i.e., companies) that can be used to deliver personalization campaigns. The information collected by Interaction Studio on these individuals and accounts – as well as data passed from your other systems – is accessible by a comprehensive, visual profile. You can use this data to power personalized experiences across all of your channels, to populate fields in other databases, or trigger events in other systems.
