This use case is for customers using Interaction Studio Classic (formerly Evergage Classic) ONLY. For customers using the Interaction Studio 'Campaigns and Templates' application, refer to the Use Case Library instead.
As a B2B/DemandGen marketer, you may find that visitors and prospects occasionally provide invalid or undeliverable email addresses. Furthermore, they may have unsubscribed from email lists in the past, but now have a renewed interest in your services or content. By enabling a segment sync between your ESP or MAP and Evergage, you can pass along a list of visitors with unsubscribed or undeliverable email addresses who have been identified in Evergage so you can target them with follow-up messaging on your website to capture their valid email opt-ins.
Segment
After setting up the segment integration between Evergage and your ESP or MAP - any individuals that have matching email addresses between the 2 systems will be identified in Evergage and can be used as a targeting segment for a related personalization campaign on your website.
Measure
You can measure the effectiveness of this campaign based on the number of new opt-ins that are collected after viewing this campaign.
