Interaction Studio B2B Detect utilizes IP data sources and NAICS industry codes to bring the most personalized experiences to your site or application visitors as soon as they land on your website.  Since you can base personalization on visitor industry or company name, you can create personalized industry- and/or company-specific calls-to-action, case studies, and banner images.

Segment Based on Company, Location, and Industry

Using B2B detect, you can segment based on Company or Industry, to create custom experiences based on this information.  

  1. Log into Interaction Studio
  2. Create a new segment 
  3. Add three Location rules
    1. Location rule 1
      1. Company
      2. Contains one of
      3. Begin typing the first company name, then select it from the list of results
      4. Add more companies as needed
    2. Location rule 2
      1. Near
      2. Zip code
      3. 100 miles
      4. Begin typing the zip code you would like to target, then select it from the list of results
    3. Location rule 3
      1. Industry
      2. Is one of
      3. Begin typing the first industry name, then select it from the list of results
      4. Add more industries as needed
  4. Use the AND logic gate for the group
  5. Click SAVE to save the segment


Understand Users

Once you save your segment, visitors will be added immediately to the Users tab. Use the Membership, Segment Compare, and Category Affinities tabs for data analysis, and further targeting.

Using the segments created above, create personalized Interaction Studio messages using Dynamic Content and Rules.
