All visitors or a targeted segment like repeat buyers.
Measure
This campaign’s effectiveness can ultimately be measured by tracking revenue per user, conversion rate, and average order value, of those who downloaded your app. Comparing the engagement of users who experienced these campaigns versus a control group is also worth measuring.
