Developing a campaign to raise awareness and grow mobile app users can be added in several strategic areas throughout a shopper’s journey. Popular approaches include a pop-up upon homepage landing; a sliding pop-out (as shown at the right); or an inline message after a product has been purchased. Regardless of where you place the campaign, make it easy for your browsers or customers to access the app by clearly articulating the app’s benefits and including a streamlined phone number capture. Remember to also exclude anyone who has already downloaded your mobile app, which can be done by integrating your CRM with Interaction Studio.

All visitors or a targeted segment like repeat buyers.

This campaign’s effectiveness can ultimately be measured by tracking revenue per user, conversion rate, and average order value, of those who downloaded your app. Comparing the engagement of users who experienced these campaigns versus a control group is also worth measuring.

While Interaction Studio prides itself on its ability to render complex experiences with ease, this campaign is best built with the help of your dedicated Customer Success Manager. Email your manager or contact to get your campaign started today and your current mobile user base uploaded into our platform to exclude them from this experience.
