It can helpful to know which segments a user or an account belong to. This can help with troubleshooting if a user is not seeing a particular message, or is not qualifying for a specific campaign. This is simple enough for logged in users, because you can search for their login in Interaction Studio and a list of which segments they are a part of will appear at the bottom.

Search for User or Account

  1. Log into Interaction Studio
  2. There are several ways to locate a user:
    1. Click  in the upper right corner of the screen, type a partial user or account name, or Evergage ID (i.e. 1234af2bf6cfe66) to see a list of matching users and accounts
    2. In Audiences, locate the User Segment or Account Segment that contains the users you want to locate
  3. Select a user or account to see the Unified Customer Profile Screen (for a segment, select the User ID in the right rail)
  4. Select the Segment Membership tab to see a list of segments the user is a part of
