Interaction Studio Classic Only
This use case is for customers using Interaction Studio Classic (formerly Evergage Classic) ONLY. For customers using the Interaction Studio 'Campaigns and Templates' application, refer to the Use Case Library instead.
This playbook describes how to export data from Interaction Studio through the user API into a third party tool. This gives the third party tool access to user information based on the user’s attributes captured by Interaction Studio during a browsing session on your site. Having additional information in the third party system ensures message consistency across channels regardless of how the user interacts with your organization. In certain instances, you can configure your third party tool to recognize an attribute and perform some action if the attribute is there. For example, you could configure your CRM to create a new record if a certain attribute exists.

Measure
Since this play is related to the passing of data to a third party, the measurement of success is to be able track the impact of that passed data. In the example above, there was a measurable uptick in leads generated for the Support Team.
