View Statistics on Tracked Clicks

The Actions report tracks all of the actions (e.g., clicks, form completion, page and screen views) taken by visitors on your site or in your app. You can define the date range, apply filters to narrow the results by campaign and other criteria, and opt to only see “view” actions. Selecting an action from the list view will plot that data point on the graph so you can see a visual comparison of different actions. You can define the date range as well as filter by modules or keywords.

  1. In Interaction Studio, select ReportsActions
  2. Above the graph, you can filter by
    1. Page Views only - see only those actions which resulted in a new page view
    2. Modules - filter by groups of actions which are configured in Settings > Modules
    3. Keyword - filter by a keyword included in the name of the action
    4. Segment - filter by actions taken by a particular segment
  3. Click  to export the data to a CSV file

Only views and clicks with a total greater than zero will be included in the export. Additionally, the export will not include data from the current day.
  4. On the chart below select
    1. to add columns to the chart
    2. Column header to sort ascending or descending by that column
