New Name: Marketing Cloud Personalization

Interaction Studio (formerly Evergage) is now known as Marketing Cloud Personalization. The new name reflects our mission and vision for innovation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We wish we could snap our fingers to update the name everywhere, but you can expect to see the previous name in various places until we replace it.

You can trigger an Interaction Studio campaign and start an outbound Journey Builder journey based on real-time user membership in behavioral segments, abandonment behaviors, and catalog triggers. You can configure triggered campaigns to target different segments of users, include different experiences for different users, include A/B testing, and show the campaign at scheduled times.

Triggered Campaign Results

Whether you want to know about functional campaign performance or campaign impact on revenue and conversions, you can find that information in the Statistics section of each campaign.

If you click Statistics for a triggered campaign, the first screen you see gives you several views around the functional performance of the campaign.

  • Total Triggers gives an overview of the number of triggers that met the profile data requirements for the campaign. The requirements are based on how you configured the campaign, including any qualification rules you set.
  • Eligible Triggers shows you the number of successful, disqualified, and failed triggers over the selected lookback period.
  • Eligible Triggers Workflow shows a breakdown of each phase of the triggering process so you can debug any failed triggers. You can click a section of the chart to view a list of qualification stages.

If you click Detailed Statistics from the overview screen, you can see information about how the campaign affected conversions and revenue.

  • Add filters to narrow results based on operating system, device type, anonymous or logged in status, previous purchase history, and any other filters you configure for the dataset.
  • View the revenue and purchases attributed to the campaign.
  • See details about trigger success and failure.
