Nearly two-thirds of business travelers said they would consider buying in-flight Wi-Fi if it were offered before boarding. Furthermore, more than half of business travelers would consider upgrading to a seat with more legroom and 50% would consider upgrading to business or first class. Use Interaction Studio to promote previously purchased ancillaries to customers prior to a trip.
