The use cases listed in this section were designed to give Interaction Studio customers a selection of personalization examples that have been used by other customers to drive impact in email. Open-Time Email is Email Service Provider (ESP) agnostic. You send email campaigns using the same tools you currently use, but add HTML generated by the Open-Time email tool to enable messages to be personalized at open time.
